| How to convert PowerPoint ppt file into pdf |
Don't I have a solution you can do this with the help of PowerPoint and then you send this file to anyone.
Follow the steps that are given below you can easily convert PowerPoint ppt file into pdf.
Step 1:
First click on file then click on save as option or you can also click on file then export.
Step 2:
There you find Create PDF/XPS Document. click on it Publish as PDF or XPS panel is open.
Step 3:
a) File name:
File name is just the name of converted pdf file. You give any name it totally depends upon you
b) Save as type:
This is the main option for converting any ppt file into pdf or any other type but only talk about pdf so click on the arrow button there you can see two file type's one is the PDF and second is XPS you just click on PDF file type
Step 3:
a) Open file after Publishing
If you want to open the file after converting it into PDF then check the check box otherwise uncheck the check box.
b) Standard
If you want to send anyone without losing the original quality of graphics that are used into the PPT then check Standard
And also, if you want to print the converted PPT then also check Standard.
c) Minimum size
If you want to upload online on the internet or send to anyone online then click on Minimum size.
Step 4:
a) Option
There is an option tab clicks on that tab.
Then simply click on the publish button your ppt file convert into pdf file.
