Shortcut keys of Computer Keyboard Shortcuts - Tech Drop YT

In today's video I will tell you about some keyboard start kits that you should know if you use your computer or laptop keyboard just to type name and number then you have no knowledge about   computer

1) Alt + Tab (For Switching from one program to another)

Let's talk about the first shortcut here. If you open a program and you want to switch from one program to another program. You can do this with the help of two 

 keyboard shortcuts, you will press alt and tab key at the same time you see all the programs that are currently running. Continue pressing alt key then click on tab key and release on that program which you want to open  

2) F12(For Save As)

Let's talk about the second shortcut key here. If you want to save a word file then what you will do you click on file then click on save as option then you select the path where you want to save your file. But you can do this with the help of one keyboard key. There is no need to follow the above procedure, only press F12 key on your keyboard save as panel directly open.

You will press Ctrl +S for directly save file.

3) Ctrl + N (For New Document)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. If you want to open a new document in MS Word and keep the opened document open then what will you do? . You need to press Ctrl + N for opening a new document in MS Word

4) Ctrl + Arrows (For Selecting Text)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. If you want to select any text in MS Word or anywhere you need to press Ctrl + Arrows (lift arrow for selecting text behind the cursor and right arrow for selecting the text in front of cursor).

5) Alt + F4 (For Close Program)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. If you want to close any program that is currently open then what will you do? You click only the cross sign or close option to close the program. If want to close the program with the help of keyboard shortcut then press Alt + F4, your currently open program shutdown or close.

6) Ctrl + T (For Opening a New Tab)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. If you want to open a new tab in your browser then you simply click on the + sign to open a new tab with the help of mouse if I ask you to open a new tab with the help of keyboard then? You can also do this with the help of a keyboard. You just want to click on Ctrl and press T. A new tab is open.  

7) Ctrl + Shift + T (For Retrieve Accidently Closed Tab)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. Sometimes you accidentally close the important tab or link. You have important data or your effort or work on a particular web page or link but accidentally you close that tab or you open an important website or YouTube video such as my channel's video just joking. You can retrieve your recently closed tab or link with the help of this shortcut. You need to press Ctrl + Shift + T then you see the magic your recently closed tab retrieves.

8) Ctrl + Click (For Opening a Link into New Tab)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. You search for something on your browser, a list appears of your search or related topics that match your search. I ask you to open every list into a new tab to see each result then you simply right click on the lick and then click on the open in a new tab. But you can do this with the help of a key on your keyboard, press Ctrl the click on the licks which you want to open in new tab. All the links are open into a new tab.

9) Delete VS Backspace (Difference)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. Backspace key is used where you want to delete text behind the cursor and delete key is used where you want to delete text onward the cursor or front of the cursor and delete key is also used to delete the files/folders.

9) Ctrl + Z & Ctrl + Y (Undo and Redo)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. If accidently delete your text in MS Word or anywhere then you need to press Ctrl +Z then your delete text retrieve and continue pressing and you do this prosses in reverse order you need to press Ctrl + Y.

10) Alt (For MS Office)

Let's talk about the third shortcut key here. This shortcut key is for only MS Office press Alt key on your keyboard you see numbering or letters on the option a specific number or letter for a specific tab if you press that number or letter on your keyboard then that tab opens which have that specific number or letter.
